hey I'm Maarten and I live in the netherlands. I really need this site because I hope it will help me to finnaly play my game online. I love 1 old game. star wars episode 1 racer. I played the game many times and on 1 account I even won all the laps 1st! but I really want to play the game online. since I have absolutely no idea how to do that. I came to this site. . now there is another problem I now have a laptop with windows vista on it and I can play the game but sometimes my screen turns white for no reasen. for example: I choose a lap and click on start race. the race gets loaded. when its loaded my screen turns completely white, only the HUD of the game and the sound remains. anyway thanks for reading my welcome post!

This game has not currently been tested online, but it will probably work. Of course some games may require specific hardware & operating system (Windows XP is probably the best choice if you want to play many old games online) Microsoft has removed some important networking protocols from Windows Vista/Seven, but there are always some "tricks" to bypass the problem. Of course testing a game takes a lot of time and requires motivated players

If you want to organize a game or to be contacted by some players later:
-Have a look at the RetrOnline Players List as often as possible
-Always make sure to read your messages regularly (Emails/Private Messages). You will be notified by email each time you will receive a Private Message (usually to play some of your favorite games online). Update your RetrOnline profile if you need to change you personal email address later. In everyone's interest, inactive members may be removed from the players list at any time (=peoples who don't read their messages for a long period of time (unreachable))
-Read the new members introductions and have a look at their favorite games, it's usually a good way to find very motivated players!
